Dr. Bill Barlett
Dr. Bartlett was born August 4, 1937, and born again on November 21, 1952, at the First Baptist Church of Whitesville, West Virginia. He was called to preach in 1953, at the age of 16. Bill graduated from Mt. Tabor Christian High School in Beckley, WV, in 1956. He and his wife, Faith, were married in 1959. Bill graduated from Tennessee Temple in Chattanooga, TN, in 1962. After pastoring in 3 WV churches, he and his wife planted Maranatha Baptist Church in 1970, where he pastored for 39 years. He retired from pastoring this church on June 13, 2008. He currently serves as Pastor Emeritus of Maranatha Baptist Church in Sissonville, West Virginia, where his son, Kevan, serves as pastor. Bill and Faith have four children. Their youngest son, Kemp, is with the Lord. They also have five grandchildren. In Bill’s own words, “Revival Crusade and the preaching and teaching ministry of Brother Glenn is a vital part of our church. Our church is blessed to contribute to the ministry of Revival Crusade monthly. It is my privilege to serve on the board.”
